I noticed that a search for "vegan nursing shoes" brought someone here, and thought that was a topic I shamefully neglected!
I have a pair of felt Dansko clogs that I bought on closeout last year. Those happen to be vegan (and you may still be able to find them, though it's probably easier if you have really small feet and no one else wears your size, like me). As far as I know, none of the other Dansko clogs are vegan. However, Crocs are vegan, and you can buy plugs for the holes if the hospital you work in doesn't allow shoes with holes in them. If you have any other ideas, leave a comment!

First off, I GOTTA say...LOVE those clogs! They are darling!
A vegan site that I really love, but will be honest & say that I don't know if they have vegan nursing shoes or not, is http://www.vegetarianshoesandbags.com/
If they don't have them, I have to wonder if they couldn't offer some ideas or sugestions?
I'm honestly surprised that some company hasn't cornered the market on this area.
Oh that's too funny. I actually bought some different non-nursing shoes from them yesterday. They do have some clogs, but some have open backs (and heels) where are a no-no, and the others have holes akin to crocs. It's probably a market that needs more attention.
isn't felt made of wool/rabbit fur/other animal products?
Not necessarily. Felt can also be made from synthetic fabrics, which I believe is the case with these shoes. Dansko was saying at the time that they did not contain animal products, but they don't make them anymore. Here's a wikipedia article on felt: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felt
